Assalamualaikum..

Dalam-dalam dok melayan morning sickness ni, hati dan aqal terus bekerjasama..Alhamdulillah..hati dan aqal mencari yang terbaik buat kami berdua..InsyaAllah..

Dalam pada dok browsing internet, cari2 info ttg pregnancy ni, sempat jugak la servey Antenatal Class..macam2 jenis ada..lastly, setelah menimbangtara pelbagai aspek, saya decide nak propose dekat hubby kelas antenatal yang dianjurkan oleh DEMC..

sebabnya kalau boleh, tak mau la attend kelas during weekdays..Alhamdulillah, last week dah call person-in-charge ni..tanya la juga ttg beberapa info berkaitan..Alhamdulillah, hubby pun setuju..jadinya, berdasarkan kepada jadual, we decided to attend antenatal class on  22nd April 2012 ni insyaAllah..sb kalau ikut perkiraan, on that time, I'm 24 weeks of pregnancy =)..tapi, xbuat payment lagi hikhik..

10.45 am - 11.00 am	Tea Break
11.00 am - 11.30 am	“Pain Relief” by Anaesthetist
11.30 am - 12.30 pm	“Care of Newborn” & “Effective Baby Massage ”by Paediatrician
12.30 pm - 1.00 pm	Hospital Tour to Labour Room, Operation Theatre & Maternity Ward
1.00 pm - 2.00 pm	Lunch Break & Solat
2.00 pm - 2.30 pm	Activities & Games
2.30 pm - 4.00 pm	“Successful Breastfeeding “ by Pn. Jasmeen Tay Abdullah
4.00 pm - 5.00 pm	“Breathing Techniques During Labour” by Physiotherapist
5.00 pm - 5.30 pm	"The Importance of Post Natal Care"
