yihaaaa!!!!...done..a slice of cake {yummy}, 2pcs of karipap kentang & a cup of hot 3in1 nescafe was perfect pakage for my breakfast today..i never skip my breakfast..as precaution action, i always have at least 3slices of bread by Gardenia n lepa kacang {must be choc-peanut by lady's choice}

this is all about the importance of breakfast {u still have to have sahur as breakfast if u'r fasting}..don't u ever try to skip breakfast for the reason to lose weight or on diet..it was nonsense..in fact breakfast will help u to limit ur lunch meals amount...try to have breakfast with at least a cup of hot drink preferably dairy milks and a slice of bread..start ur day with breakfast and it will help to make ur day better!!!! try ya..
p/s : never have the 'strongness' to wake up 6.00 am to prepare breakfast for hubby huhuu..pity him..but i'l make sure he has 3in1 milo n biscuits in his office's drawer..
